Lisa Samoylenko, Owner and Trainer

Lisa has been riding and competing horses for over 40 years.  She started riding regularly at 5.  As a girl she hunted, competed saddle seat and western, galloped thoroughbreds, played polo and did some eventing and dressage.  When Lisa and her husband Jay Samoylenko acquired EDF, Lisa turned her sights full time to eventing and dressage working with top professionals in these fields, including Torrance Watkins, Mark Phillips, Nils Hegstrup, Larry Poulin, Stephie Baer and Robert Costello. Lisa currently trains a group of FEI-level dressage riders, coaches a group of event riders through the Preliminary Level, and helps riders of all disciplines improve their flat work and jump riding.
